1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 TikTok Ad Account Management:

  • Refunds are not applicable for TikTok ad account management services once the service has been initiated.
  • Any unused prepaid amounts may be credited for future services at the discretion of digieonix.
  • Incase of any delayed response we can offer discount on next service and not any refund.

1.2 Web Development:

  • Refunds are not applicable for web development services once the project has commenced.
  • Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable.

1.3 Digital Marketing Services:

  • Refunds for digital marketing services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requests must be made in writing within 10 days of the service delivery date.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Initiating a Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, contact our support team at Services@digieonix.com within the specified timeframe.
  • Clearly outline the reasons for your refund request and provide relevant documentation.

2.2 Evaluation:

  • Our team will assess your request based on the nature of the service provided and the reason for the refund.
  • We may request additional information or clarification during the evaluation process.

2.3 Refund Approval:

  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 15 days.
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

2.4 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain services or fees may be non-refundable, as specified in the service agreement.

3. Changes to Services

3.1 Service Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
  • In such cases, clients will be informed in advance, and applicable adjustments or refunds may be provided.
